About Me

- Born and raised in the coastal community of Powell River on Canada's west coast - the rugged hills, waterways and trees were my first teachers. Of celtic ancestory the ways of a natural healer were in my blood, I later learned the healing magic of the wild local plant from the native medicine people, most notably the renowned herbalist Norma Myers of Alert Bay.
